Gunnveig Breistein (b.1982) has experience from both the civil and criminal law fields, in litigating before the district court and the court of appeal.

She has particular experience in criminal cases both as a defense attorney and a legal aid lawyer, and from 1 September 2023, she’s a permanent legal aid lawyer / support lawyer for Haugaland and Sunnhordland District Court, court city of Leirvik, and Gulating Court of Appeal. In civil matters, Gunnveig helps both businesses and private individuals, and has particular experience with real estate, children and family law, inheritance law, employment law, etc.
