Helena Helgesen has many years of experience in the legal industry and mainly works in the area of family law, here during transition between spouses and former cohabitants, child distribution, visitation and issues related to inheritance.
She has a number of cases before the court regarding child distribution and visitation, as well as child protection cases and assistance assignments / support assignments.
Helgesen also works with the management of estates, both bankruptcy estates and death estates, as well as contract law, real estate and administrative law. Helena is deputy head of the Haugesund Circle of Bar Association.
